Shops

Shops are generally open from 8.30 a.m. until 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday and from 8.30 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturdays. On Sundays, some small shops are open like the small grocery shop Coop on the Place Chaudron, the small shops owned by friendly Indians, at the start of the Avenue de Morges as well as the small shops of the train station and of Ouchy.
The currency in use is the Swiss Franc. Almost all shops, restaurants, hotels etc. accept Euro.

Most banks are open from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 a.m. until 12.15 p.m. and from 1.30 p.m. until 4.30 p.m..

Public transport
